We like to identify it, enhance it and turn it into something concrete and unmistakably perceptible in the bottle. Making each wine unique and, as such, memorable.
Imprinted in the senses and memories of those who experience it.

To do this, we support wineries along the path leading them from the land, through vineyard management and grape processing in the cellar, to reach their goal.
We do this by listening and observing, respecting what is already there and with a constant drive for innovation, which leads us to do consultancy as well as applied research.
We strongly believe that wine is unique when it is a product of culture and that increasing the knowledge of professionals working in the vineyard and cellar is essential. That is why we provide training courses at various levels.
The multiple competences we can count on are the basis for the modularity of the services we offer. Whether it is global or concerning only one step in the chain, our consultancy is always oriented towards the full realization of a value oenological project.
