Bolle d’annata. Technical reports of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Docg

With the year 2022, Bolle d’Annata reaches its eighth edition, adding a new and valuable chapter to the historical sequence of volumes that, since 2015, have described the progress of wine-growing campaigns in the Denominazione Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg. A document that confirms the Consortium’s commitment to constantly monitoring the state of the vineyard, fostering knowledge of the territory and timely and targeted interventions to contain biotic and abiotic stresses. The Uva Sapiens team has been collaborating in the drafting of the document since the 2015 edition.
