Le uve raccontano – Vintages in the province of Trapani

 

 

 

Since 2012, Colomba Bianca winery has dedicated an annual publication to the vintages in the Province of Trapani, entitled ‘Le uve raccontano‘ (“Grapes Tell”). The studies, rich in information, data and images, are the result of careful monitoring of the climate and capillary control of grape ripening. An interesting reflection on the characterization of territories and of variety-environment relationship, that Colomba Bianca carried out from 2012 to 2016 in collaboration with Uva Sapiens.
